A team of experienced GPs, nurses and pharmacists is available during evenings and weekends to expertly assess them and refer them for the most appropriate treatment. The team – known as the clinical support hub – specialises in specific types of patients from the very young to the very old. The hub is part of the 111 Wales pathfinder – or pilot –
