As of early evening, all SW & S-Central CO mountain passes are open! The last pass to open was Red Mt. on US 550 at approx 5 PM. About seven miles north of Silverton, a heavy equipment operator completes clearing the highway where a snowslide was triggered by an avalanche mitigation crew.
