Our theme at RPS this week is Free to Be a Mess. The classes I filmed were admittedly ambitious. When I fell over at the start of class I briefly considered scrapping it and starting all over. But then I remembered our theme and chose to embrace my imperfection and to give myself permission to be a mess. My hope is that it gives you permission too.
