Construction work at the Røyrnes viewpoint along the Norwegian Scenic Route Aurlandsfjellet is well underway! Recently, we had a very special visitor: Extra, a 7-year-old hunting Labrador trained to detect unexploded explosives. Thanks to Extra’s sharp nose, two remnants of explosives from earlier construction work were discovered. With these findings safely handled, the work can now continue without risk.
