Cooking Hungarian layered potatoes, rakott krumpli. 🥔 8-10 peeled boiled potatoes, 1 pound of sour cream, 8 hardboiled eggs, 1 pound of kielbasa sausage, 1 stick of butter, 2 tablespoons of Hungarian Paprika, 1 to 2 tablespoons of coarse salt 🧂 or to taste. Smear with butter a rectangular 9/13 baking dish, cut potatoes into circles and lay on bottom of pan to cover, add cut up 🥚 eggs, add salt and paprika and pats of butter 🧈 on top of everything, add sausage pieces and smear with sour cream
