A group of high school students from Shelbyville Central High School recently enjoyed a field trip to Normandy Fish Hatchery. The Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency just completed a habitat project on Old Hickory Lake adding much needed structure to the lake floor. Over 400 habitat structures and 1,300 tons of rock were placed in strategic locations to benefit the fishery and create more angling opportunity.
