The Ukrainian pysanka (decorated Easter egg) was recognized as a cultural heritage of humanity by UNESCO's Intergovernmental Committee on Intangible Cultural Heritage, Ukraine's Ministry of Culture and Strategic Communications wrote on Dec. 3.
