The Gloucester County Prosecutor's Office says a Paulsboro man has been formally charged in a double shooting. 40-year-old Ramon Luis Acevedo has been charged by complaint with first-degree murder, second-degree aggravated assault, and second-degree possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose.
