This is what a storm looks like from the inside of a lifeboat. This footage, taken during Storm Arwen, shows the conditions New Quay Lifeboat station faced as they raced to the rescue of an ocean rowing boat. Facing gusts of gale-force 9 winds, they aimed to get to the rowers as quickly as they could. First to reach the scene was the Maritime and Coastguard Agency rescue helicopter.
