Ok guys. This is one of my circuits I did today. You just need a kettlebell and a box or step. I did 3 rounds of this. Use a weight that challenges you. I used 35lb kettlebells. 3 Rounds: 10 squat cleans with a press 10 single leg jumps up to the box and then into a pistol squat. (You can also take out the pistol squat and just do 10 single leg step ups to the side!) 12 kettlebell squats.
