This year, we celebrate five years of opening doors, creating impact, and advocating for refugee inclusion. Our Refugee Workforce Inclusion program has welcomed 270 incredible individuals from 23 cultural backgrounds, speaking 43 languages. Each bringing fresh perspectives, enriching our teams and customer experience. With over 400 co-worker buddies supporting the journey, we've seen firsthand how inclusion creates stronger teams, deeper connections, and a workplace that truly feels like home 💛
