Several months ago, our Animal Law Enforcement team rescued ten dogs from a home in Delaware County. After a call came in reporting a deceased dog at the property, officers went to the scene where they found other surviving dogs living on a porch that was coated in urine and feces. Several were emaciated. They were all brought to our Philadelphia headquarters where our medical and behavioral teams worked tirelessly to heal them and happily, they all found forever homes.
