At home yellowtail nigiri 🍣 : Such an easy and versatile fish to cook. This was my first time cooking this in a form of “sushi” it didn’t look awesome as the final product but who cares it tasted great 🤷 Marinate your fish in soy sauce for 10 minutes. In the meantime throw together an Asian cucumber salad. I make this cuc salad at least once a week it’s an easy side dish for any Asian food. Pat your fish dry after marinating. Cover in everything but the bagel seasoning. Cook on high heat 1 min
