You may see this friendly Sidewalk Surface Tester (SST) unit traversing the sidewalks of Upland over the next few months. The purpose of the SST is to accurately evaluate every inch of sidewalk conditions throughout the City. It will assess all 420 miles of sidewalks in Upland by gathering video, imagery, and GIS information which in turn will provide us with a detailed overview of sidewalk maintenance needs. This is a significant step toward developing a Sidewalk Master Plan for sidewalk repair

We have teamed up again with the Jackson Sidewalk Market to bring an amazing First Thursday Event. We cannot wait for Trunk or Treat on Broadway Street:Sidewalk Market on Thursday, October 5.
