It might not be a magical sword, but a new app is improving the marksmanship training of our Infantry recruits. Recruits at The Infantry Training Centre in Catterick are using XCALIBR to capture individuals’ performance data during weapons training. The app then provides analysis and feedback, allowing individual and collective improvement in performance.
