Evolene's incredible story shows us why it is SO important to spay and neuter. We first saw Evolene when we were starting a new Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) project at a farm that had become a dumping ground for unwanted cats. We were alarmed because she looked so emaciated, and had a giant, pregnant belly. We immediately brought her in and did everything we could to get her healthy and give her babies a chance.
