The National Hurricane Center is forecasting an area of low pressure to develop along the East Pacific coast of Central America. This system is predicted to move into the northwestern Caribbean Sea by this weekend. Some gradual development of this system is possible thereafter into early next week. This system could form into a tropical depression while it moves slowly northward, entering the eastern Gulf of Mexico.
