Need help with hip mobility. It seems like EVERYONE recommends the 90:90 rotation drill (aka shin box). And while this may be great for some, it can be very difficult and cause issues for others. Here's a clip of a more advanced hip mobility drill we like to incorporate after we loosen up the hips with our regular mobility drills like hip 90/90s (windshield wipers), newspapers, and hand heel rocks with extension. The hip shin box drill can really challenge hip mobility especially when performed without a lot of back or spine movement.
