The mother of Wisconsin toddler Elijah Vue and her boyfriend face charges in the death of the boy who had gone missing for nearly seven months before his remains were discovered in early September, court records show.

The mother of 3-year-old Wisconsin boy Elijah Vue and her partner were charged Thursday with counts of child neglect and child abuse that resulted in the boy’s death, the Manitowoc County prosecutor said.
