A New York state man was charged with stalking and harassing loved ones of slain UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson, authorities said Wednesday. Shane Daley, 40, was arrested and accused of "sending harassing and threatening voicemail messages to a family member" of Thompson, according to federal prosecutors in Albany.

The suspect allegedly left threatening voicemails that expressed glee about the killing of Brian Thompson within hours of the fatal shooting.
