Janel Grant's attorneys have issued a new filing in the ongoing lawsuit against Vince McMahon making more detailed allegations against Peak Wellness and some of its employees. Grant claims the clinic's owner Carlon Colker medicated her per McMahon's demands but wouldn't tell her what she was being given.

Attorneys for Janel Grant announced Tuesday they have submitted a new legal filing against Dr. Carlon Colker and his medical clinic, Peak Wellness.

"Defendants assert that they know plaintiff's legal strategy well enough to assure the court that she has does not 'have any intention whatsoever' of suing them," the plaintiff stated in the memorandum.
