Emmerdale cast members filmed heartbreaking scenes recently for Zak Dingle's funeral, after their co-star Steve Halliwell's death last year - and now one star has spoken about the episodes

Tina made a dramatic reappearance in Thursday's episode, which is streaming early on ITVX ahead of its ITV1 airing this evening. The returning character is the daughter of Zak and Nellie Dingle and sister of Cain, Sam and Belle. She previously appeared on the soap from 1994 to 1996, then played by Jacqueline Pirie.

The Dingles are one of, if not THE most iconic soap family, and have been for generations. The Dingles have been a staple on Emmerdale since the 90s and this week will air emotional scenes as the legendary family patriarch Zak Dingle dies.
