After the recent heat wave and extreme fire danger, recreational fires are prohibited throughout unincorporated Clark County, in addition to the general outdoor burning ban implemented July 5.

Clark Co expands burn ban; Washington issues statewide ban - MSNThe Clark county ban is effective immediatley and will remain in effect until further notice. The county said they issued the expansion to their previous burn ban because of the extreme fire danger.
Clark County’s ban begins July 5 and includes all land clearing and residential burning in the county. Clackamas County’s burn season ended June 15. No backyard burning is allowed.
