Raw’s fallout from Bad Blood occurs tonight at Enterprise Center in St. Louis, Missouri. Gunther will defend his World Heavyweight Championship against Sami Zayn. Gunther has been declining Zayn’s challenge for weeks but finally accepted after Zayn baited him last Monday.
