A tech company whose boss was filmed hugging a colleague at a Coldplay concert has said a purported statement from him expressing remorse is fake.

In the aftermath of the company's CEO Andy Byron and Chief People Officer Kristin Cabot being caught in an alleged affair, Astronomer has reportedly made a decision on both.
