The Texas Rangers today formally announced agreements with right-handed pitchers David Buchanan and Jesse Chavez, outfielder Cody Thomas, and catcher Chad Wallach on minor league contracts with invitations to 2025 Major League Spring Training camp.

Wallach will look to impress with Texas in the spring in order to potentially secure a spot on the team's roster for Opening Day, but he seems most likely to begin the year with Triple-A Round Rock.
