A National Transportation Safety Board hearing is underway over January's deadly midair collision between an American Airlines commercial flight and a U.S. Army helicopter near Washington, D.C. CBS News senior transportation correspondent Kris Van Cleave has more details.

Investigators have found that a helicopter involved in a deadly crash with a passenger plane over Washington was flying above its height limit. The helicopter's altitude-measuring instrument was also inaccurate.
