Tyrrell Hatton returned to the DP World Tour in Scotland last week and marked it with a victory, banking a third win at the Alfred Dunhill Links Championship

Tyrrell Hatton was in a state of disbelief when his father, Jeff, made an incredible birdie putt in the team competition of Dunhill Links last week.

With the win, Hatton becomes the first three-time winner in tournament history, having previously been a back-to-back winner in 2016-17. He also ascends to 16th in the Race to Dubai and secures his place in the season finale while also climbing to 20th in the Official World Golf Rankings.

Englishman Tyrrell Hatton emerged victorious at the Alfred Dunhill Links Championship again, and made history in the process.

It all came down to a shoot-out on the 18th as Hatton and the gallant Belgian, Nicolas Colsaerts, marched up the final hole in a tie at the top. Things were so tight, you half expected them to reach for their dueling pistols as they clumped over Grannie Clark’s Wynd.
