Thousands of runners are expected to participate in the New York Road Runners Staten Island Half marathon Sunday.

Nearly 10,000 runners will zip through Staten Island for Sunday’s half marathon, which will prompt road closures across the borough. The 13.1-mile course runs along Staten Island’s waterfront, with views of New York Harbor and the Verrazzano-Narrows Bridge.
