While Toto Wolff is adamant that Max Verstappen had nothing to do with Red Bull’s Canadian Grand Prix protest, Nico Rosberg is not so sure. Red Bull launched a two-part protest against Mercedes’ Canadian Grand Prix winner George Russell after the race,

Nico Rosberg believes Isack Hadjar – or any driver – should not accept the second F1 seat at Red Bull due to Max Verstappen ’s dominance at the team. Verstappen has had six teammates during his 10 seasons at Red Bull, with the likes of Daniel Ricciardo, Pierre Gasly and Alex Albon all falling short of the Dutchman.

Isack Hadjar does not yet feel ready for Red Bull Racing. The Frenchman thus appears to be more mature than his predecessor, but despite this, waiting for his debut seems the best plan forward. The question is whether the Red Bull management will listen.
