Flags to fly at half-staff in honor of Mississippians killed in New Orleans terror attack
Flags will be flown at half-staff in Mississippi in honor of the two Mississippians killed during a terror attack in New Orleans on New Year’s Day. Nikyra Dedeaux of Gulfport and Matthew Tenedorio of Pearl River County were killed when police say an Islamic State-inspired suspect planted bombs and deliberately drove a pickup truck through crowds before opening fire.
