Premier David Eby said Tuesday that the suspect in the Lapu Lapu Day festival vehicle attack in Vancouver Saturday night that left 11 people dead was under the supervision of a health-care team and compliant with treatment. Eby said the information on the 30-year-old suspect came from Vancouver Coastal Health.
