Polls will open for the general election at 7 a.m. on Nov. 5 and close at 8 p.m. that same day. Pennsylvania voters can already request and cast a ballot by mail. Voters must be at least 18 on the day of the election, and a U.S. citizen and a resident of Pennsylvania at least 30 days prior.
