Just before January ended, the Japanese automaker Toyota Motor Corporation announced its final results for last year - including its subsidiaries

Toyota Motor 7203.T sold 10.8 million vehicles in 2024, it said on Thursday, remaining the world's top-selling automaker for a fifth straight year.

The automaker sold 10.8 million vehicles globally last year, retaining its position as the world’s top-selling carmaker despite weakness in Japan and China.
