Land purchased for vast nature preserve near Lake Lure

GREENVILLE, S.C. (FOX Carolina) - The Town of Lake Lure’s Mayor, Carol Pritchett, said it is “extremely unlikely” that the lake will be able to open for the 2025 summer season due to Helene damage.
