A driver in a pickup truck smashed through a fence during an erratic chase from the San Fernando Valley to the San Gabriel Valley.
At times, the suspect was seen driving at speeds up to 115 miles per hour, without headlights and swerving around other drivers while driving on the wrong side of the road.
