A teen driver is dead and two other people including his 13-year-old passenger suffered life-threatening injuries in a head-on crash in Butler County early Thursday, according to the sheriff’s office.

WAYNE TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WXIX) - One person is dead and two are seriously hurt in a head-on early morning crash in Butler County, according to the sheriff’s office. It happened at 6:30 a.m. on West Elkton Road, dispatchers tell FOX19 NOW. A motorist driving behind one of the vehicles involved saw the crash and reported it to the county’s 911 center.

A 16-year-old boy died in a crash that sent two others to area hospitals on Thursday morning. The crash was reported around 6:30 a.m. in the 6700 block of West Elkton Road in Wayne Township, according to the Butler County Sheriff’s Office.

Two people are dead and two others are seriously injured after a wrong-way crash Thursday on I-15 near the I-70 interchange in Millard County, the Utah Highway Patrol said.
