The jump to the United States from TiVo OS has been a long time coming. The Sharp Smart TV that runs on TiVo will be the first TV in the US to have this operating system and is expected to be released in February 2025. It will have a 55-inch QLED screen with Ultra High Definition and High Dynamic Range, Dolby Atmos audio, and three HDMI ports.

TiVo announced its entry into the U.S. television market through a partnership with Sharp Home Electronics Company of America, with the first TiVo OS-powered Sharp televisions arriving in February 2025.
