Police determined a quarrel between two people was the cause of the security scare. Both were located and apprehended, police said.

Two individuals have been detained by police after a dispute resulted in a lockdown and large police presence at Westfield Old Orchard Mall in Skokie on Tuesday afternoon.

The mall was on lockdown for about an hour and a half before police gave the all-clear and normal activities resumed.
