Sidney Crosby passed The Great One in the NHL record books on Tuesday. With a late first-period goal against the New York Islanders, Crosby registered his 1,670th point to take sole possession of fourth on the all-time list for points with one franchise. Gretzky scored 1,669 points in nine seasons with the Edmonton Oilers.
