Rustom Bhagwagar, 34, of Florida was arrested Saturday by Homeland Security agents minutes after a Delta flight had just landed at San Francisco International Airport. Prosecutors have charged Bhagwagar with 24 felony counts related to repeated sexual abuse of a child under 10 years old.
