Memphis will be without its star point guard in Game 4. On Friday, ESPN’s Shams Charania reported that Grizzlies star Ja Morant will miss Saturday’s Game 4 matchup against the Oklahoma City Thunder. Morant had to leave Game 3 in the second quarter after suffering a hip injury.

The Oklahoma City Thunder fought back from a 29-point deficit in the second quarter to earn a 114-108 win over the Memphis Grizzlies in Game 3 and open up a 3-0 lead in their first-round series.

Memphis Grizzlies guard Ja Morant's will miss Game 4 of their first-round series against the Oklahoma City Thunder on Saturday, ESPN reported Friday. Morant injured his hip after taking a hard fall during Game 3. Down 3-0 in the series, the Grizzlies face elimination without their best playmaker, and Morant's 2024-25 season could be over.
