A Greensboro police officer has died after a shooting that took place at a Food Lion in Greensboro on Monday, according to the Greensboro Police Department. At 10:45 a.m., Greensboro police say they got a report about a possible person with a handgun inside the Food Lion on the 4700 block

Greensboro police officer Michael Horan was remembered as a husband and father who had served in the Coast Guard and was an "excellent" officer.
