Salle will assume his position as CEO from Feb. 1, 2025, while his appointment as chairman of the board of directors is effective immediately.

Atos SE named businessman Philippe Salle as its seventh chief executive officer in about three years as the troubled French IT company navigates its way through a restructuring with its creditors.

Before ACKO, Sandip was associated with Exide Life Insurance as the chief financial officer. He has also spearheaded leadership roles at TATA AIA, EY, to name some.

Brian Krzanich most recently served as President and Chief Executive Officer of CDK Global Inc. from 2018 to 2022. Mr. Krzanich began his career at Intel in 1982 as an engineer, became the company’s COO in 2012 where he oversaw Intel’s China strategy, and was named the company’s CEO in 2013. He currently serves as a director of SES AI.

French IT company Atos said on Tuesday that Philippe Salle will become its new chairman with immediate effect while also taking over as chief executive from February. Salle, who according to the company intends to participate in the ailing form's restructuring by investing at least 9 million euros ($9.
