Rumors that retired World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) star Hulk Hogan is on his deathbed have been circulating again on social media. The speculation began after a Wednesday livestream from radio personality Bubba the Love Sponge,

TMZ confirmed through Hogan’s reps that the information that Hogan was in a dire way was incorrect. The Clearwater, Florida, resident (real name Terry Bollea) had been hospitalized last month for “a little fusion procedure” on his neck.

After radio host Bubba the Love Sponge reported Wednesday on air that the 71-year-old wrestling legend was on his last legs, TMZ confirmed through Hogan’s representatives that this is not the case. “If you did some sniffing around, you might find him in a hospital near you and it’s not good,” Bubba said Wednesday morning of Hogan’s status.
