Pointless place. Wait times are over 60 mins for rides, very difficult with young kids. Too many people. Over priced and crowded. Universal Studios LA does it better. Reservation staff are unhelpful.… Full review by Wander16305609603

Not as good as Universal in LA. Highly recommend spending the extra $100 to get the express pass. This pass entitles you to one queue jump per ride. Totally worth it and not too many people appear… Full review by MissKirstsTravels

We enjoyed universal studios, and due to past experiences got there when gates opened do we could get to the most popular rides quickly. After that wait times were long but no worse than 99% of theme… Full review by Journey14731696978
Accidentally booked 5 adult tickets instead of 2 adult and 3 kids since in there app there is no option to select kids. Klook wont refund or change the booking. Can my kids (5y/o, 8 y/o and 12y/o) still use the tickets?

I agree. Ad you have overpaid I cannot see why they won’t allow you to use the tickets for your children.
